Apple showcased the revamped iOS 5 version at the WWDC conference last week which brings new iPad features such as notification center, iMessage, iCloud, improved browser and many more. During the keynote address, Scott Forstall announced that iOS 5 brings 1500 new APIs and over 200 new features. But, only10 changes were highlighted.

Skype has launced a new version 3.0 that brings free two-way video calling app for iPhone, iPad and iPod touch which works on WiFi and 3G connections. Skyfire has launched their Flash Video web browser for Apple’s iPad, just after its successful hit in iPhone development in November raking just shy of a million bucks in its first weekend alone. Skyfire browser converts Flash content to HTML5 for streaming Flash videos from the Web that supports iOS devices. Skyfire is a separate app, according to iPad developers, which has been approved by Apple and available in the iTunes App store for $4.99 (as opposed to $2.99 for iPhone).
